The hotel offers amazing views with a great balcony, but the AC in the rooms is not very effective due to the windows having louver shutters. The service was friendly but slow at times. The location is fantastic on the edge of Laguna Bacalar with stunning lake views. The dining experience was average. Rooms were clean and in good condition.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very bright at night due to just shutters and a light curtain, but they were equipped with either AC or a fan. My room had a large balcony overlooking a worn-out pool and the beautiful lagoon beyond.
